The Opportunity
After 14 years of faithful service, the current Head of School is retiring. The Board of Trustees seeks a spiritually mature, visionary leader to guide the school into its next season of growth. The new Head will steward the mission, strengthen faculty culture, and lead a planned campus expansion and capital campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Spiritual leadership: Model and cultivate a Christ-centered culture among students, faculty, staff, and families.
Mission stewardship: Ensure curriculum, programs, and policies reflect the school’s Statement of Faith and philosophy of Christian education.
Board partnership: Work with the Board of Trustees on strategic planning, policy, and governance.
Faculty and staff development: Recruit, mentor, and retain mission-aligned educators, and foster professional growth and biblical integration in the classroom.
Advancement: Lead fundraising, including the upcoming capital campaign, cultivate donor relationships, and strengthen enrollment.
Operations and finance: Oversee a $9M annual budget in partnership with the CFO and Business Office.
Community engagement: Serve as the school’s chief ambassador to families, local churches, and the broader community.

Requirements
Requirements
Professing Christian who wholeheartedly affirms the school’s Statement of Faith
Active member of a local, Bible-believing church
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field required; doctorate preferred
At least 7 years of educational leadership experience, preferably in a Christian school
Demonstrated success in fundraising, enrollment growth, or strategic initiatives
Experience working with an independent school board preferred
Familiarity with ACSI accreditation standards preferred
